conveyancing just get them to do the contract as well.

are well aware of the requirements and laws surrounding
contracts.
Won't I attract more buyers if I sell through an
agent?
Most agents have a database of buyers, however, this
doesn't mean that a buyer will be loyal to them. A
buyer will buy from whoever has the house on the market.
